Customer Care Representative

Customer Care Representative Duties:

  • Welcoming and communicating directly with customers visiting the facilities
  • Assisting customers with luggage handling and transportation needs
  • Providing superior customer service to passengers and crew members
  • Providing crew members with coffee, ice, newspapers and catering
  • Assisting crew members with aircraft trash, dirty dishes and linens for cleaning and restocking
  • Ensuring proper appearance and customer amenity stock of lobby and conference rooms
  • Shuttle duties both on the field and off-site
  • Cross training in Customer Service Representative duties (see Customer Service Representative requirements)
  • Executing customer "thank you" program
  • Supporting survey, feedback and customer excellence auditing initiatives

Candidate Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Outgoing, friendly personality with a can-do positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)
  • Ability to handle and maneuver luggage up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Previous experience or knowledge in the aviation industry is preferred, but not required
