Flight Follower
Flight Follower Duties:
- Maintaining operational control and support of all Pentastar Aviation aircraft under both CFR Part 91 and Part 135 regulations
- Serve as a central point of contact for all aircraft movement
- Flight tracking, weather briefing, flight planning, weight and balance computations and other day-to-day operations and trip-planning knowledge
- Working closely with Trip Coordinators, Charter Sales, Maintenance, Line Service, Catering and Aircrew on a daily basis to manage trip details from point of initial contact through completion.
- Must be willing to work odd shifts including weekend and midnight shifts
Candidate Qualifications:
- College degree preferred.
- Dispatcher License required– prior aviation experience required (pilot, dispatcher, etc.)
- Technical knowledge of aircraft capabilities and limitations with regard to international and domestic regulations and restrictions.
- Technical knowledge of weather, flight planning, weight and balance, etc
- Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communicator, proficiency in the English language and good verbal and written skills
- Team player
- Strong knowledge of business aircraft operations in worldwide service
