Line Service Technician

Line Service Technician Duties:

• Marshalling aircraft, including the use of proper hand signals to direct aircraft to and from parking
• Greeting passengers and crew members
• Providing superior customer service to passengers and crew members
• Performing re-fueling, de-fueling and de-icing service to aircraft
• Performing aircraft towing and positioning duties, properly operating various ground support equipment
• Baggage handling
• Quality control of all fuel trucks and ground support equipment, including checking and servicing fuel and oil
• Providing continuous security and safety surveillance to aircraft ramps and facilities

Candidate Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Ability to operate equipment, including manual transmission
• Ability to lift and maneuver baggage and equipment
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work flexible work schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work overtime as required
• Previous experience or knowledge in the aviation industry is preferred, but not required
