Best Practices in a High Demand Charter World
A Letter From Our President & CEO
To Our Valued Charter Customers:
Since its inception in 1964, Pentastar Aviation has prided itself on customer service and safety above all else. As we continue to emerge through the disruption that COVID-19 has presented, it has been our pleasure to help both our longtime and new charter customers return to the skies this summer.
However, the unprecedented pace at which new travelers are entering the business jet market has created challenges amongst certain support services, and as your charter company, we believe it is our responsibility to offer some suggestions to ensure your flying experience continues to be exceptional.
- Plan ahead. During this period of unusual demand, more notice could save you significant expense when securing an aircraft. When deciding your travel dates, contact Pentastar as soon as possible. If maintaining your schedule is of critical importance, consider traveling to your destination the day prior to navigate any unforeseen interruptions or unscheduled delays.
- Limit schedule changes. While our flight operations department remains on call to help with your booking and travel needs, the influx of travelers reemerging after global lockdowns is significant. It is creating a shortage of available aircraft, rental cars, catering options, and scarce availability at resorts and hotels. Limiting changes will ensure that we have the best opportunity to execute your trip with the highest service and minimal interruptions.
- Look for the best charter option. Pentastar and our network of over sixty approved charter vendors adhere to the strictest of industry safety standards. We understand that in some circumstances, our pricing and aircraft options or availability will not be ideal for your particular mission. We urge you not to compromise. When you book through Pentastar, you can rest assure that those values will never be compromised or sacrificed, even if we are unable to match the pricing or availability of another operator.
