Fivestar Gourmet® operates two full-service executive kitchen facilities at Oakland County International Airport (PTK) and Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW), offering diverse food and beverage menus, including an extensive wine list, for all aircraft sizes and palates.

Owned by Pentastar Aviation, Fivestar Gourmet is uniquely positioned to understand the needs of our clients and flight crews. We have extensive knowledge of food safety and preservation, ensuring storage and meal preparation requirements are always taken into consideration.

With two full-service kitchens, we’re able to provide exceptional in-flight catering and personalized service to private aviation customers throughout Southeast Michigan. Whether you’re departing from PTK, DTW or another regional airport, you can expect the same commitment to quality, reliability and flawless execution.

Local delivery is available via our refrigerated delivery fleet to FBOs serving PTK, DTW, DET, YIP, FNT, LAN, TOL and surrounding regional airports.
