Aidon: Our goal was to introduce a system that gives aircraft owners instant access to everything they need to manage their assets — scheduling, invoices, and trip details — all in one place, whether on a desktop or mobile device.

Aidon: The transition was carefully structured. We spent months working with Portside’s software developers, learning the system, verifying accuracy of the data, and rigorously testing every feature to ensure it met our high standards. When it came time to roll it out to owners, we found that a quick 15- to 30-minute onboarding session was enough to get them fully comfortable using it.

Aidon: The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Owners love the fact that they now have access to everything they need, 24/7. One of them mentioned how much easier it is to find their itinerary details. The ease of access, especially via mobile, has been a real game-changer.
