ARGUS Platinum Rating - Air Operators Highest Safety Rating

Waterford, Mich. – Following an in-depth audit conducted by ARGUS International Incorporated (ARGUS) in March, Pentastar Aviation Charter, Inc. (Pentastar) has received renewal of the ARGUS Platinum Rating. The prestigious Platinum Rating is ARGUS’ highest level of safety ratings and is awarded only to those air charter operators who have demonstrated successful implementation of industry best safety practices relative to their operations and maintenance.

“Pentastar achieved their first ARGUS Platinum Rating in 2006, and has since maintained this prestigious rating due to their strong safety culture and dedication to quality,” said Joe Moeggenberg, President and CEO of ARGUS International, Inc. “I commend the Pentastar team for their hard work and achievement of the ARGUS Platinum Rating for the fourth consecutive time.”

Pentastar’s achievement of maintaining the ARGUS Platinum Rating reflects the corporate culture of adherence to the highest safety standards.

“Our operations revolve around employee and customer safety,” said Danny Clifton, Vice President Flight Operations, Pentastar.  “Maintaining compliance with the ARGUS Platinum standard is another means for us to ensure quality and consistency in our daily operations and to continuously enhance safety standards.  We strive to operate above and beyond FAA regulatory standards, industry best practices, and international standards,” said Clifton.

Many elements of the ARGUS safety standards exceed Federal regulatory requirements, further enhancing the breadth of Pentastar’s internal quality and safety standards in relation to commercial aircraft operations.
