Pentastar Aviation Ranked Top 5 by Professional Pilot Magazine for Best US FBOs and Best Independent FBOs

Waterford, Mich., – Pentastar Aviation has once again secured a top position in Professional Pilot Magazine’s 2016 Preferences Regarding Aviation Service and Equipment (PRASE) Survey. Pentastar’s Fixed Base Operation (FBO), located in Waterford, was named No.4 Best US FBO and No.2 Best Independent FBO. These rankings show an increase over last year and continue to prove Pentastar’s customer service is world-class.

The high ratings and recognition of Pentastar Aviation from this survey remain consistent with the company’s commitment to exceed industry standards for both safety and service excellence. The company attributes their success to a robust internal customer survey process that continuously identifies ways to improve customer service.

“Our high marks in this survey year after year reflect our continuous efforts to improve the customer experience,” said Greg Schmidt, President & CEO, Pentastar Aviation. “We are located on a highly competitive field, which presents the opportunity to find new and inventive ways to set ourselves apart from the competition. Our strong emphasis on surveying our customers and commitment to customer service excellence are just some of the ways we distinguish the Pentastar brand.”
