Pentastar Aviation Receives TCCA Validation for Gogo Galileo HDX STCs
Aug 18, 2026
WATERFORD, Mich. — Pentastar Aviation has received validation from Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) for two Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) authorizing the installation of the Gogo Galileo HDX system on Canadian-registered Gulfstream aircraft.
TCCA has validated Pentastar STC ST12097CH for Gulfstream GIV/G450 airframes and ST12098CH for Gulfstream GV/G550 airframes, expanding access to the Gogo Galileo HDX inflight connectivity solution for Canadian owners and operators.
Gogo Galileo HDX is a satellite-based inflight connectivity solution purpose-built for business aviation, providing owners, operators, passengers and crews with access to high-speed connectivity while in the air. With TCCA validation now complete, Pentastar can support Canadian-registered GIV/G450 and GV/G550 aircraft seeking to upgrade to the Galileo HDX system. PMA parts and FAA Form 8130-3 documentation are available for installations.
Pentastar continues to pursue additional international validations as part of its effort to make its Gogo Galileo HDX installation capabilities available to a broader global customer base.
