With nearly 30 years of business aviation experience, Brad brings a proven record of leading organizations and driving meaningful growth. Before becoming President and CEO of Pentastar Aviation, he held senior leadership roles, including General Manager, Vice President, and Executive Vice President, overseeing flight services, maintenance, business development, and strategic planning for multiple full-service aviation companies.

Brad’s collaborative leadership style propels Pentastar’s continued pursuit of customer service excellence and employee-centric culture. His success in growing Pentastar’s award-winning services is rooted in experience spanning aircraft management, charter, maintenance, and fixed-base operations, with expertise in the sales, service, and operation of aircraft ranging from turboprops to biz-liners.

Brad’s passion for serving customers and developing high-performing teams is rooted in his early career in aviation where he served four years on active duty with the U.S. Marine Corps’ 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing as an aircraft technician supporting Cobra and Huey helicopters. He later earned a bachelor’s degree in flight science from Western Michigan University in 1999 before entering the industry.
