Brad Bruce

With 25 years of industry experience, Brad has led flight services, maintenance services, business development, and strategic planning for multiple full-service business aviation corporations, where he has held positions including General Manager, Vice President, and Executive Vice President before becoming President and CEO of Pentastar. His career spans the areas of aircraft management, charter, maintenance, fixed based operations, and corporate shuttles. With a passion for serving customers and leading teams, he is experienced in the sales, service, and operation of business aircraft ranging from turboprops to international biz-liners. Brad served four years active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps 3rd Marine Air Wing as an aircraft technician on Cobra and Huey gunships before earning a bachelor’s degree in flight science from Western Michigan University in 1999.
